"Hirayu-no-mori" is one of the most popular hot-spring resorts in the Chubu region.
We have 16 open-air baths, large retro baths, a lounge in a Gassho-style house, a restaurant,
a hotel and cottages in a 50,000㎡ wide site.
Hirayu-no-mori is located in the Hirayu spa area which has a long history in the bigger
Oku-Hida spa region. Because of the over 7500 liters of thermal water that flows out every
minute, our baths are always fresh.
Enjoy 16 high-quality, open-air baths and larger baths which up to 30 people can share
together.

We have 4 types of guest rooms.
For a more economical stay, you can choose the basic accommodation.
These are Japanese and Western style of rooms without lavatories.
For a more comfortable stay, you can choose a room in a
Gassho-style house or the new annex. These are non-smoking rooms.
Cottages are suitable for families or groups. Every cottage has a
private, open-air bath.
We have many different kinds of food and drink, including alcoholic beverages. The restaurant is open from 11:00am to 9:00pm (last call at 8:30pm).
Each trail is 2 kilometers long and can be walked in around
40 minutes. Early summer mornings are the
best time to enjoy a stroll.
